Conquer the Overlook 5K Run

Course Description
Water stations will be available on the course and at the finish. Course includes a 360 degree view of the Los Angeles. Race will include the 282 stair climb as part of the 5K Run/Walk Course.

Start Location
5K Stair Climb will start at the upper parking lot of the Baldwin Hill Scenic Overlook (look out for green start balloon arch) and will finish at the top of the 282 stair climb.

Elite Invitational 

Both races will be combined combined for this year

Awards for top overall in each age division.

Each person that crosses the finish line will receive a commemorative "Exclusive Finisher die cast medal"

Dance under the stars until 11PM.

The elite field is invitational only. You must confirm to the race director (Jose Luis Zavala | Jose@AztlanAthletics.org ) and complete the necessary documentation, including tax reporting information before award is issued.

Bag Check In | Starts at 2PM

REGISTRATION CLOSES @5:45PM

Shuttle
Limited shuttle 3:30PM - 5:30PM service. Everyone needs to factor in the time needed to walk up to the registration booth and collect your race bib & shirt. We will have a bag checking area and will mark them accordingly.

Sponsors and Vendors
Parking is available for only sponsors, vendors and staff.  Driving up for drop off and parking will be allowed until 15 minutes prior to the start. Entrance will be close to all traffic except for emergency vehicles and private residents.

Finish Line | Finisher Medals
Only registered participants will be allowed to finish through the corral and exit towards rehydration and food distribution area.

FOOD DISTRIBUTION
Only registered participants will be allowed to finish through the corral and exit towards rehydration and food distribution area. Meals and snacks will be pre-packaged, including those who purchased the Beer Garden option.

Food / Beer Garden
The beer garden and taco fiesta bar will be open at 6:00PM.

Eligibility for the Elite Invitational is open to the division
winners from the previous year and the top 10 overall fastest times.

Must provide verification of times and be approved by the event director.
* The cut off time for elite women is under 30 minutes for CTO prize money. For elite men under 20 minutes.
